I have had a few pizza cutters prior to receiving the Premium pizza cutter. There is no comparison to the quality of this cutter. It is strong made out of stainless steel \. The blade is super sharp. It is high quality stainless steel and you can see that by the thickness of the blade . The handle is soft and comfortable but very sturdy. I will be using this to cut my brownies, lasagna all items that I always have a hard time cutting.
