When I seen this ladder I thought of my son. He loves the gym and works out all the time. He is into every kind of training so I thought this Endurance Pro Speed Ladder would be great to add to his workouts. He plans to take it to the gym. For now he practices in the house learning the techniques and learning from the free E-Book Endurance Pro offers.
