My weight loss journey with Personal Trainer Food






I was thrilled to try Personal Trainer Food for one month. I received over 90 meals that consisted of breakfast, lunch dinner and snacks. I said to myself how do they ship so many meals from a distance. I was so surprised when I received my box. It was packaged with dry ice and every meal was frozen.

When you order from Personal Trainer Food you have the option of picking out your meals or they will pick out a certain diet plan for you. You can also pick from 2 or 3 meals a day. There are so many meals you can pick from.  Chicken to ribs, steak delicious vegetables and lots more. I wanted to start with breakfast for my first day so I set a date to start. It is recommended to microwave meals but I simply put them in a pan once they were defrosted and heated them up that way. If I was in a rush I would use the microwave.



My first meal was an omelet with bacon. I have to say it was delicious. My family tasted it also and they wanted it !! When I was making my list and picking out the meals I liked that they have a chart on each meal that looks like this:





It gives you all the nutrition facts calories, Protein, Carbs etc. Jason who I was working with said it is best for us to pick the meals. All I told him was foods I dislike and he set me up with a perfect plan. 



Each night I would pick out my meals for the following day and place them in the refrigerator to defrost. I truly enjoyed all of them. 






With my meals I received 3 types of sauces. Sriracha butter sauce, Garlic butter sauce and sweet bacon and white cheddar sauce. I would put these great tasting sauces on my meats, and veggies. 

I enjoyed the diet, the food was good and easy to heat. I drank mostly water which I normally do all the time. For snacks I had pumpkin seeds, cheese sticks, beef sticks and was able to have certain fruits and veggies as many times a day as I would like. They supplied me with a perfect booklet on exercise, and all little tips to help me along the way.






The only way you can loose weight is to stick to a plan. Personal Trainer Food made it easy. I did cheat a few times. I love my chocolate :) I ate a few pieces of chocolate a few times. I lost a total of 7 pounds in 28 days. I was very proud of myself !! If I was on the plan for 6 months I would loose approximately 42 pounds which is a great weight loss. I highly recommend Personal Trainer Food. Check out all their plans they have to offer. A great way to loose weight.
