Marimo is a very popular plant in Japan. The Japanese believe that the Marimo will bring good luck.- Diameter 1.6 to 2 inches + 1 small marimo free!
- Grow it in a glass bottle with just some water & ceiling light. Water change is only required once every 2 weeks
- The growth rate of Marimo is about 5 mm per year. Hence a giant marimo is about 7 years old!.

My Thoughts:
When my package arrived, I put the balls in a quart mason jar to rinse them before putting them in an old goldfish bowl. Thinking of how calming I found my old fish take, I had planned to get a few fish the next time I went shopping to put in it with my new Luffy Balls. Well, my granddaughters were visiting that weekend, so I showed them the balls. When I put one of the giant ones in my six-year-old granddaughter's hand, she was amazed. However, when I put the nano one in her hand, she fell in love with it. Well, now I have an empty goldfish bowl. Before they left to go home, I found two half-gallon size mason jars put two balls in each one with some decorations. We stopped by the store to pick out a goldfish for each them on the way. Each girl now has a pet and a plant that is super easy to take care of and to learn about. I am thrilled that they are so happy and excited with the opportunity to care for them. We made a deal that if they take care of them and not Mom we'll get them a real tank and more to put in it. I am pleased with the product I received and would recommend it with confidence to my friends and family.
