My mom suffers from Fibromyalgia and always has a tender and hurting neck from nerves. I thought this Cradle would help her and relieve some of the pain. It is supposed to help pain. It has a cushion which is very soft yet sturdy to support your neck. It also helps correct your neck for better alignment.
When her pain is at its worse she lays down with the Cradle on the back and just relaxes. She says it helps take away the chronic pain and she is relieved for awhile. I am glad it is helping relieve the pain. It can be used in the car, watching tv, computer work.
