I received the Lavender Eye Pillow. I used it last night for the first time. I had read it helps when it is cold. I put it in the refrigerator. I suffer from headaches and I have been spraying my rooms with lavender oil because it is supposed to be relaxing. I sat back and put the lavender eye pillow across my forehead.
