This is the second pair of Syono Orthotic inserts I have received. My husband has the first pair and I just starting using these insoles in my shoes. I suffer diabetic nerve pain and this has definitely helped relieve the pain. I wish I would have used these a year ago. I placed them im my flat shoes that I wear quite often. My feet felt so much better even after coming home and taking my shoes off.
They were very easy to put in I did not even have to cut them. I can take them out and put them in any shoe or sneaker I decide to wear that day. What a relief !!
