I have so many knives that I have kept and also tossed because they were no longer sharp. I have never owned a knife sharpener so Priority Chef is my first one. It is extremely easy to use. Use the inside bladeif your knife is very bluntand do it 3 times. The second step is to use the ceramic to remove any burrs that may result in sharpening. They recommend doing this once a week.
I tried it with one specific knife and it did make it sharper. I used the same knife throughout the week and it remained sharp.
