My second pair of Oven Gloves and I just love them !! I have to say it is so much easier than mitts or pot holders. It is hard sometimes using a pot holder they slip and you cannot get a good grip on your pot or trays. I did not feel anything hot at all while I was lifting a glass pan from the oven. I held it for a while to see if I would feel any heat and my glass pan of chicken came out of the oven at 400 degrees !! What a difference. These are awesome gloves. I have been using them everyday when I cook. I use them even when I bake and take the baking pan out of the oven.

These could really come it handy. Like you said, I could definitely see them being way easier to grab things than a pot holder.
