Years ago I had a French Coffee Press for a one cup of coffee. I loved it the coffee tasted great. This is a large very well made french coffee press maker which has a much larger capacity than other French presses I have seen. It is Dishwasher Safe and has a Micro-Mesh Filter. I enjoy strong coffee. With this press you can add more grinds to make a stronger cup of coffee.You could let it sit for a few more minutes than recommended for a stronger coffee, or simply add some more grounds.
The pot is also very sturdy. It does not feel unstable when the plunger is pressed. The seal around the edge of the plunger is nice and tight. No coffee grinds seep through when you push the plunger down. I have been using K Cups and the coffee is just not hot enough. My husband enjoys hot coffee and this press gives great hot coffee with a wonderful fresh aroma. What is really great about this press is that you can make one cup or many cups of coffee.
I stopped drinking coffee for a while but started again 6 months ago. Now I truly am enjoying my coffee again !! I did receive this product complimentary in exchange for my honest, unbiased review.
