I am not a Vegetarian but I was interested in this book for my son because he wants to start to eat better and have a healthy lifestyle of what types of foods he would like to eat. He wants to stick to mostly vegetables so I thought this book would help me be able to prepare meals for him. The book was helpful because it let me know what foods to eat and which to avoid. Recipes are included from breakfast meals to smoothies.
I learned a lot how important it is for him to take vitamin supplements. He will not go fully Vegetarian but most of the week he wants to stick to a fruit and vegetable diet.
