The TekHome Mini fan is perfect for my desk. I am always warm even in the winter and love air blowing on my face. I have had it for over 2 weeks now and use it everyday while I am on the computer. It has a USB plug and I put it right into my computer. Has an on off switch and is adjustable from higher to lower depending where you would like the air to blow.
