I have a thermos that I put hot soup in for both my son and husband who both are construction workers. I received Pinnacles insulated lunch box which we tried out the other day. I heated a pasta dish from dinner the night before and put it inside the lunch box. My husband took it to work and he said it was still warm when he ate his lunch. They do not have a microwave or any way of heating up food.

It is perfect for a one size small meal and is easy to lock and seal. 4 clips on each side hold together the box. These are perfect to keep a meal warm for a couple of hours and in the summer keep food cold. If there is hot food inside the outside remains cool to the touch. Fits a portion of 16 ounces.

Prior to using the lunch box put hot water and let stand for several minutes then fill with you food. For cold foods fill with cold water and let stand a few minutes and then fill with the cold food.
