EarthCam Broadcasts NYC Skyline for Empire Ball
Tonight, the Diabetes Research Institute will host the 34th annual Empire Ball and EarthCam is excited to share live views, HD imagery and a time-lapse movie from its webcams as prominent New York City buildings – the Empire State Building, One Bryant Park, 4 Times Square, and One World Trade Center – are illuminated blue, the international color for diabetes.

Additional sponsors include Structure Tone, Normandy Real Estate Partners, Alliance Building Services, Platinum Maintenance Services, Turner Construction Company, SL Green Realty, The Durst Organization, Pavarini McGovern, CBRE, JLL and more.

WHY: The Empire Ball brings together real estate, development and construction industries to raise needed funds for the Diabetes Research Institute and its mission to find a biological cure for diabetes. Over the years the event has raised more than $37 million. The live EarthCams will bring global awareness to this important evening.
