I like he insoles. I put them in my slippers with no socks and they were comfortable even when walking It did not feel like anything was inside after taking a few steps. I did not have to wear socks because yes my socks do get stinky !! A breathable latex bottom layer that allows air to flow to your feet, a terrycloth top layer for maximum comfort, and a polyester toe cap to eliminate any irritation from rubbing on the top of your shoe.

They come with 3 pairs. I ordered 1 size larger than my shoe size and they fit good. I will be putting then in my sandals, sometimes certain sandals are uncomfortable and you will not even notice they are under my feet. When ever I wear a sneaker, sandal, slipper without socks my feet tend to sweat and do not have a pleasant odor. The 3 layer technology works.
