An excellent non sticking Mat. It works great. I baked cookies the other day and they came out perfect. Perfect color not burnt on the bottom like they usually are when I make them in a regular cookie sheet. It washes well. It fits my baking pan from edge to edge. A great size. You can freeze, refrigerate, bake, knead or even roll dough on our silicone baking mats.
