I have been suffering a very bad cold a summer cold that has lasted over 2 weeks now. I received the Snore Cure Set and I placed them in my nostrils. It did help open up my passages to help me breath better. In my home I am the snorer and my husband is the light sleeper. It took me a few nights to get used to them being in my nose.
It has been about a week and my husband says my snoring has decreased. He is thrilled !! He is always waking up from me being so loud.
