This conditioner works great for me. I have very dry brittle hair from constant coloring and washing it everyday. I have been using it as a regular conditioner and after I towel dry my hair I put a little in. I normally let my hair air dry but sometimes when I use the blow dryer my hair is so frizzy it is uncontrollable.
When I blow dry my hair after it is dried I put a little hair oil in it to make it shinny and relieve the frizziness. It helps a lot. I try to just put a little because I do want the ends of my hair to look oily. Just a touch and gently massage in the bottom part of my hair. I love the way it feels and smells.
