I have been using this product now for over a month. I applied it everyday and the tube is almost gone. Yes I did feel the heat that was very extreme. It really did not bother me. After about 2 weeks I didn't feel the heat anymore. I guess my body was getting used to it. I would apply to my legs stomach and buttocks. I did not see a difference at all. I wanted to look in the mirror and say yeah its working but not on me.
