Ph Test Strips are very important. I did not realize they have such a wide variety of multiple uses. I thought they were to only monitor your body's pH. When I receive them I read all about everything they can do. I also thought you could only test your
pH with urine but you can also test it with saliva.
I did a lot of reading about pH levels. Having lower, or acidic, pH levels is associated with greater risk for conditions like type 2 diabetes, heart disease and obesity. Higher, or alkaline, pH levels, accordingly are linked to improvements in memory and cognition, reduced pain and lower risk of hypertension and stroke. I suffer from type 2 diabetes so it is important for me to have myself tested every three months. Using these strips these can help me within those 3 months to see if my pH levels are high or low. I do test my blood levels myself with my monitor but I am adding these strips as an extra precaution so I can be even more accurate.
