Swift n Snug is a great item to have while you are outdoors. It serves as waist belt and also can hold many items while you are walking, jogging running or even just to go out without a pocketbook. It is great for the sports person who likes to bike or hike or do anything at night. It has a LED light that can remain steady or blink. I think that is the best feature because so many unfortunate accidents happen at night.
